Shrimp Cocktail Salad

Shrimp marinated in spices (chili, cumin, cinnamon, buffat) and coconut milk and par-fried (it was already cooked), with avocado, red pepper, red onion, spinach, and mango in a cucumber-lined bowl with a lime-ginger dressing. Served with cucumber water (surprisingly good) and toast from homemade bread.
